Keyboard shortcuts primedocs desktop
General keyboard shortcuts
The following keyboard shortcuts can be used in the main window of the primedocs client:

NOTE
The primedocs parameter AccessibilityFocusNonInteractiveElements can be used to control non-interactive elements more easily via keyboard. For more information, see the primedocs Client Installation.
General keyboard shortcuts for text boxes
The following keyboard commands can be executed if you are in a text box:

Tab "primedocs"/Backstage
NOTE
The "primedocs" tab takes you to the Backstage area.
This area contains information about the environment and authentication, options and access to help.
The following keyboard shortcuts can be executed if you are backstage (ALT+O):

General keyboard shortcuts
Microsoft Office offers some accessibility help. An overview is provided by the Office Accessibility Center.
The following keyboard shortcuts form the basis for navigation with the keyboard:

Snippet pane
The following keyboard shortcuts are available in the snippets task pane.
The task area is divided into 3 parts:
- "Toolbar": via this area you can insert the selected snippet, call the properties or perform general actions such as changing the target language.
- "Search field": Use the search field to find snippets in the snippet area.
- "Snippets area": In this area you can see all existing snippets you have access to. There are several groups in the area, such as your favorites or your personal snippets. In the shared snippets you can see the snippets to which you have access.
