PowerPoint Template Types
PowerPoint templates in primedocs consist of several specialised template types that work together:
| Template type | Purpose |

| Master template | Basic configuration with slide layouts; the basis for all other PowerPoint templates. |
| Content template | Contains the content slides that are opened when a presentation is generated. |
| Slide template | Optional slides that users can add after creation. |
| Table of contents | Defines the design of the automatically generated table of contents. |
| Asset Gallery | Stores corporate design images for use in presentations. |
| Chart template | Stores chart definitions (.crtx files) for consistent chart styles. |
Recommended group structure
For clear management, it is advisable to organise the templates into groups:
- Presentations — content templates
- Sets — slide templates
- Assets — asset galleries
- Charts — chart templates
