Excel Template Types

Excel templates in primedocs enable the generation of pre-filled Excel workbooks.

Template type	Description
Excel Template	Standard template for primedocs Web and the Office Web Add-In. Recommended for all new templates.

For new templates, always use the Excel Template type, which is compatible with all primedocs touchpoints — including the web client and the Office Web Add-Ins.
